Review Hog2Go’s Rental Terms & Conditions, including rental requirements, policies, responsibilities, cancellations, and important information for your Harley-Davidson rent
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 24, 2026
Welcome to Hog2Go. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.hog2go.com, as well as inquiries, reservations, bookings, and other services offered through the website.
By accessing our website, submitting a reservation request, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Motorcycle rentals are additionally subject to the Rental Agreement provided at or before the time of rental. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed Rental Agreement concerning a specific rental, the Rental Agreement will control with respect to that rental.
1. About Hog2Go
Hog2Go provides motorcycle rental services, including short-term and extended motorcycle rentals. Motorcycle availability, pricing, rental requirements, minimum rental periods, deposits, insurance requirements, mileage allowances, and other conditions may vary by motorcycle and reservation. All rentals are subject to availability and final approval by Hog2Go.
2. Rental Eligibility
To rent or operate a Hog2Go motorcycle, each rider must satisfy all eligibility requirements established by Hog2Go, our insurers, and applicable law.
Requirements may include:

Possessing a valid driver's license
-
Possessing a valid motorcycle endorsement or motorcycle license when required

-
Satisfying any additional eligibility requirements communicated before the rental
Hog2Go reserves the right to decline or cancel a rental if a renter or additional rider does not satisfy applicable requirements.
3. Reservations
Submitting a reservation request does not necessarily guarantee a motorcycle. A reservation is considered confirmed only after Hog2Go has accepted the reservation and any required payment, deposit, authorization, or documentation has been completed. Reservation availability is subject to change until confirmation. Hog2Go may contact you to request additional information before confirming a reservation.
4. Motorcycle Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide the motorcycle reserved by the customer. However, motorcycles may become unavailable because of mechanical problems, damage, accidents, delayed returns, safety concerns, maintenance requirements, recalls, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If the reserved motorcycle becomes unavailable, Hog2Go may, when possible:
-
Offer a comparable motorcycle
-
Offer another available motorcycle
-
Reschedule the rental
-
Issue an appropriate refund for amounts paid for the unavailable rental
A particular motorcycle model, color, configuration, or accessory is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

-
Full or partial advance payment

A reservation deposit
-
A security deposit

Authorization to charge additional amounts arising from the rental
By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize Hog2Go and its payment processors to process charges legitimately associated with your reservation or rental.
7. Security Deposits
A security deposit or payment authorization may be required before the motorcycle is released. Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the motorcycle, reservation, rental period, promotional rate, and booking channel. The cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will be communicated during booking or included in your reservation confirmation. The motorcycle must be returned:
-
At the agreed location
-
On the agreed date
-
By the agreed return time

Late returns may result in additional charges.
If you anticipate returning a motorcycle late, contact Hog2Go as soon as reasonably possible. An extension is not approved unless confirmed by Hog2Go.
10. Motorcycle Condition
Customers should inspect the motorcycle before departure. Existing visible damage should be documented before the rental begins. By accepting possession of the motorcycle, the renter acknowledges the motorcycle's documented condition, subject to any defects or conditions properly reported at pickup. The renter must promptly report mechanical problems, warning lights, accidents, damage, or other safety concerns occurring during the rental.
11. Authorized Riders
Only individuals specifically authorized under the Rental Agreement may operate a Hog2Go motorcycle.
The renter may not allow an unauthorized person to operate the motorcycle.

Meet Hog2Go's eligibility requirements
-
Present a valid motorcycle license or endorsement

Provide identification

Every rider is responsible for:
-
Operating the motorcycle safely
-
Following traffic laws
-
Riding within their abilities and experience
-
Adjusting riding to weather and road conditions
-
Using appropriate protective equipment
-
Performing reasonable pre-ride safety checks during the rental
-
Discontinuing operation if the motorcycle appears unsafe
Hog2Go does not guarantee that any motorcycle is appropriate for a particular rider's skill, size, experience, or intended route.
The renter is responsible for determining whether they are capable of safely operating the motorcycle.

16. Mechanical Problems and Roadside Assistance
If a motorcycle develops a mechanical problem, the renter should stop operating it when continued operation could cause damage or create a safety risk and contact Hog2Go for instructions. Customers should not authorize significant repairs without prior approval from Hog2Go except where necessary to address an immediate emergency.
Unauthorized repairs may not be reimbursed.
17. Fuel
Motorcycles must be returned with the fuel level required by the applicable Rental Agreement. If the motorcycle is returned with less fuel than required, a refueling charge may apply. Customers must use the appropriate fuel grade specified for the motorcycle. Damage resulting from the use of incorrect or contaminated fuel may be charged as permitted by the Rental Agreement and applicable law.
18. Mileage
Rentals may include limited or unlimited mileage depending on the reservation. When a mileage allowance applies, mileage exceeding that allowance may be charged at the rate disclosed in the reservation or Rental Agreement.
Odometer tampering or intentional interference with mileage-recording equipment is prohibited.
19. Traffic Violations, Parking and Tolls
The renter is responsible for traffic citations, parking violations, tolls, impound charges, and similar expenses resulting from use of the motorcycle during the rental period. Hog2Go may charge the renter for these amounts together with any administrative fee permitted by the Rental Agreement and applicable law. Such charges may be received and processed after the rental has ended.
20. Cleaning and Motorcycle Care
Motorcycles should be returned in reasonably similar condition to their condition at pickup, allowing for ordinary use.
Additional cleaning charges may apply when a motorcycle requires extraordinary cleaning because of conditions beyond normal use, where permitted by the Rental Agreement and applicable law.
21. Lost Keys and Equipment
The renter is responsible for motorcycle keys, key fobs, locks, luggage, accessories, helmets, riding equipment, electronic devices, and other property supplied with the rental. Charges may apply for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Hog2Go is not responsible for personal belongings left on or in a motorcycle, luggage compartment, saddlebag, rental location, or other property, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded. Customers are responsible for securing and removing their personal belongings.
23. Insurance and Optional Protection
Insurance requirements and available protection products may vary by rental. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, deductibles, and coverage associated with any insurance or protection option. Nothing on Hog2Go.com should be interpreted as an insurance policy or guarantee of coverage.
Coverage decisions are governed by the applicable insurance policy, protection agreement, Rental Agreement, and applicable law.
24. Assumption of Risk
Motorcycle operation involves inherent and potentially serious risks. To the extent permitted by law, renters and riders acknowledge and voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with motorcycle operation, including risks arising from traffic, weather, road conditions, other drivers, rider error, and the inherent characteristics of motorcycles. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
